Niloufar Pedari is the Global HR Manager at Samuel Hall. She holds two master’s degrees: an MBA in Big Data Analytics from The Hague University of Applied Sciences (Netherlands) and a master’s in Public Management with an HR focus from IAU Bandar Anzali International Branch (Iran).
With over a decade of experience in HR across industries such as oil & gas, logistics, and FMCG, her expertise includes HR operations, employee engagement, policy development, and data-driven HR transformation. She currently leads global HR initiatives—such as job architecture alignment and cross-border compliance—collaborating closely with teams to support HR operations across Samuel Hall’s international offices.
