PROF HARI HARINDRANATH

Hari Harindranath is a Professor of Information Systems at Royal Holloway, University of London. Hari holds a doctorate in information systems from the London School of Economics. His research centres on the social and organisational implications of digital technologies, including ICT for development and the use of social media in social movements. He is currently leading a project on digital technologies, migration and inequality, as part of a five-year, UK government funded project on South-South Migration, Inequality and Development.

In addition to his research interests, Prof H. Harindranath is an Editorial Board Member of the Journal of Information Technology, and the ORBIT Journal for Responsible Research & Innovation. He is also Associate Editor of the Journal of Global Information Management, Senior Editor of The Electronic Journal of Information Systems in Developing Countries, and a co-founder of the Association for Information Systems-affiliate conference, International Conference on Information Resources Management (Conf-IRM).
