Elodie joined Samuel Hall as People & Culture Director at Samuel Hall in August 2025. With 20 years of experience, including 15 in Human Resources, she has built her career in international and multicultural environments where people and purpose come first. Elodie’s background in Finance and certification as HR Business Partner gave her a strong business foundation, while her main commitment is to People and Culture.

She believes the strength of an organisation comes from its people when they are supported, valued, and able to grow. She is committed to creating inclusive workplaces where people and strategy come together to achieve lasting impact.  

Elodie focuses on strengthening Samuel Halls’ structures to support a diverse and global team, cultivating learning and professional growth across the organisation, and embedding our values into daily practices as we expand into new regions and partnerships.
