27.07.2018 - The DSA's annual conference in 2018 took place at the University of Manchester. The conference focused centrally on global Inequalities, while also encompassing the broad range of development studies interests. Samuel Hall presented at the Digital Inequalities and Development track.
Read More24-27.07.2018 - The Deutsches Institut für Entwicklungspolitik (DIE) in Bonn hosted the "International Research and Policy Workshop on Migration and Development" with a particular focus on "Forced Displacement: Trends, Concepts and Patterns." Based on the findings of our project with Mercy Corps for the Dutch NWO, Data Standards Pillar Lead Stefanie Barratt gave a presentation entitled "Skills development, migration intentions, and support for violence in Somalia and Afghanistan: Assessing the (counter-intuitive) evidence."
