Sarah Annabell

Patnerships Intern

Sarah joined Samuel Hall as a Partnerships intern. She has experience in youth leadership and social impact around the SDGs with particular focus to SDG 17- partnership for the SDG goals. Sarah holds a degree in Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Diplomacy from the Technical University of Kenya.

Prior to joining Samuel Hall, Sarah served as the partnerships and resources coordinator at Andishi Africa where she engaged community and external actors to collaborate on boosting early literacy in low-income communities. She also served as a Language Assistant in France working in Orleans and Reunion Island where she integrated inter-cultural themes into foreign language learning to boost students’ cross-cultural communication skills.

In 2022, Sarah also worked with Ashinaga Foundation -Japan - to support scholars from Africa studying abroad to find opportunities to contribute to development in their home countries. Sarah returned to Kenya in 2023 to focus on sustainable community development initiatives through project development consultancy for Westlight Solar Kenya.

Sarah is a member of the UNESCO Youth Forum for the Kenya National Commission where she contributes to advocacy initiatives for youth inclusion, education, and research for sustainabledevelopment.

Her major strengths are in leveraging cross-sectoral partnerships for sustainable development.
