Kelly joined Samuel Hall in April 2023 as a Partnerships Intern. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Psychology from the University of Nairobi and currently working towards completion of a Master of Arts degree in Development Communication with a research focus on Behavior Change Communication (BCC) within the migration and forced displacement contexts with a case study on urban refugee women in Kenya. She has ten years of work experience and analytical knowledge of client management, business development, administrative and communication strategies in various sectors.

At Samuel Hall, she supports the Partnerships Unit, where her focus is on fostering strategic partnerships that generate opportunities for meaningful collaborations, increased impact and visibility for the organization, its partners and the communities we serve. Kelly is passionate about mapping out sustainable solutions tailored towards development initiatives in the Global South through evidence-based, data-driven strategic development. She is always keen on seeking strategic partnerships that facilitate the operationalization of research to inform programme and policy dialogue within the migration and forced displacement sector. Before joining Samuel Hall, Kelly worked as a Business Development - External Communications Advisor at Bold Mind Voices (BMV), covering the UAE & Kenya.
