Delphine Spitaels joined Samuel Hall as Project Lead in April 2023. Delphine has a background in frontline research, Monitoring and Evaluation and project management related to migration, at grassroots and multilateral levels.

Prior to joining Samuel Hall, Delphine worked as a Protection Assistant with UNHCR.Delphine has previously collaborated with numerous government entities, UN agencies and NGOs by collecting data so that organizations can make informed decisions about how to improve their programs and achieve better outcomes for their beneficiaries.  She completed her Masters of International Law with a focus on Human Rights at University of Sydney.
