Aditi joined Samuel Hall as an Intern in the Development Unit in December 2021. She holds a Masters in International Affairs from Hertie School, Berlin. Her past research has primarily focused on digital governance, child marriage, migration and conflict.

She has experience in communications, research, and project management. Before joining Samuel Hall, she worked in the field of social impact consulting, where she consulted on projects involving refugee rehabilitation. She speaks multiple languages- English, Hindi, Marathi, Gujurati, Kutchi and German.
