21-22.01.2019 - Samuel Hall participated in the forum entitled 'Changing Places:Migration and Displacement in the Horn of Africa’ convened by the Research and Evidence Facility (REF) of the EU Trust Fund for Africa in the Horn of Africa to reflect, share ideas, and explore new pathways towards improving policy and practice relating to migration. Migration & Displacement Pillar Lead Nassim Majidi was invited to be a speaker on the panel and gave a presentation entitled 'Obstacles to the protection of migrants: A comparative study on safe and free movement in East Africa.'
