29-30.10.2019 - Samuel Hall's Migration and Displacement Pillar Lead participated at the two-day 6th edition international conference on "Humanitarian Transition in Kenya: Actors, dynamics, ethics." The overall goal of the conference was to stimulate debate and share knowledge to advance action in the service of the most vulnerable people. Over the course of the two days, around 70 personalities and experts of international aid and solidarity were brought together in six panel discussions to provide a space for dialogue about the reflections and practices of local, national and international actors, with a view to clarifying the realities and challenges of the humanitarian system in Kenya, the modalities of its humanitarian transition and the related ethical issues.
