Co-authored by Camille Kasavan and G. Hari Harindranath, it discusses both state and migrant perspectives. Drawing on our research in 11 countries and 69 communities of return in Central and West Africa, it reveals the potential of the technology industry to integrate returnee youth into labour markets.
