Impact is not a by-product but a core function of our work. Through action-research, we move beyond research delivery to invest our skills, networks, and resources in initiatives that support real-world change and the public good.

This is how our values translate into practice, setting us apart from traditional consultancies. We measure social impact with the same rigour as our research—through accountability, transparency, and a focus on outcomes that matter on the ground.

Refugee-led organisations often work with limited funding and face the challenge of making their impact visible. Through the co-branded refugee stories series - led by Samuel Hall, YVC, and Cohere - Reframe Network - RLO leaders across Africa were empowered to craft compelling narratives from their sectors, share personal experiences, and showcase their influence. The series strengthened their voice, highlighted local impact, and positioned them as trusted change-makers and valuable partners in their communities.
