Based in Addis, Eléonore joined Samuel Hall as a Project Officer in February 2019. She graduated from Sciences Po Paris with a Master’s in Public Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, with a concentration in Economics. She has worked for the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs, in charge of sectoral analysis and has also been involved in the non-profit sector, as Co-President of a French association supporting female asylum seekers and refugees victims of sexual violence since 2016. She has worked as a UN Volunteer for an Ethiopian NGO providing basic services in the Amhara region. Eléonore is a reserve officer in the French Navy and was awarded the National Defence Medal after serving in the office of the Minister of Defence.
